Answer: These hoodie/dresses are really big and beautiful. They are well made with heavy cotton fabrics. Mine came out of the dryer looking great and did NOT seem to be smaller at all. I hope this helps.
Question: at what point is “arm circumference” measured on the garment? The arm hole seam? the bicep area?
Answer:Tthese sweatshirts are oversized with big bust. So it isn’t limit for arms.
Question: You can choose according to the size chart. Or consult the seller.
Answer: They wont shrink.
